Thank you for shopping with Across The Rainbow Apparel. As a small, independent brand, every order means the world to us — and to keep bringing you fresh designs and quality products, we operate under a no-refund, no-return policy. Please read this carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Every item is made especially for you. As a growing brand, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
We are still too young a business to be able to take those small losses repeatedly.

EXCEPTIONS – WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED

We are fully committed to the quality of everything we send out. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will offer a free replacement or store credit at our discretion:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfillment error
• There is a significant print quality issue (e.g. misaligned, faded, or incomplete print)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@acrosstherainbowapparel.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue

We reserve the right to assess each claim individually.

The following are not eligible for replacement or store credit:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer — please refer to our size guide before purchasing
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Slight color variations due to screen display differences
• Delayed delivery due to carrier or customs issues outside our control

Please double-check your shipping address, selected size, and design before completing your purchase. We are not always able to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.
